Abelrouge Cosmetics Aqua Miricle Cream Multi-Vital 10 System the Naim Review

Hey yall! Im back for another review from a product I am trying from CHARIS. If you still haven't heard of CHARIS, click on link to check it out! Anyways, today's review will be on the Abelrouge Cosmetics Aqua Miracle Cream. Well basically it's a moisturizer which is supposed to have a burst of moisture. I have been trying this out for the past week and am very excited to give you my thought on it!
Selling at CHARIS at $60, 50ml

-Supplement moisture
-Prevents evaporation
-Increase elasticity and nutrients
-Rub the cream in for the water to pump out

Thick gel like consistency

So let's first talk about the interesting texture of this product. So as you can see room the pictures above, the cream comes in a gel form prior to spreading it. Okay so here is where is more interesting part comes in, upon being rubbed into the skin the gel like consistency of this cream will somehow change into small little droplets of water wit then combine to form an entire film of fluid over the skin. It is pretty amazing and it doesn't feel sticky in any way at all. So that's a thumbs up!
As for its effectiveness of the product, I'll just quickly throw it out there that its a positive one from me. I typically like to use this cream at night as a sleeping pack as I find the texture too heavy under makeup. However as a sleeping pack it does just what I need it to do. When I wash my face the next day, I will still be able to feel a thin layer of moisture over the skin. It usually washes off after that, but my skin will be well hydrated and slightly drier spots from the day before would have almost disappeared! So I think its quite an effective product, trapping the moisture in my skin and ensuring a smoother skin in the morning.

Pros
-Interesting Texture
-Hydrating
-Traps moisture in skin
-Non Sticky

Cons
-Consistency only suitable for night use.
-Price point

Yes
I find it better than he Laniege Water Sleeping Pack in fact

KLAVUU White Pearlsation Enriched Divine Pearl Cream Review

Hey ya'll! Today's review will be on the KLAVUU White Pearlsation Enriched Divine Pearl Cream. KLAVUU is a Korean Skicare brand which is fairly new in the market. I came about this brand from the online website, CHARIS. CHARIS is a newly launched Korean online platform which reaches out Internationally to beauty customers around the world. I was browsing through their market and chanced upon this brand which I have never heard before and was intrigued to try it out.

Before we move onto the review, just a disclaimer: I got this product as a "Try Me" product, as CHARIS is generous enough to send out products for influencers to try out. However this review will still consist only of my honest opions and yea lets get onto the review~

Selling on CHARIS at $51, 50ml

-For all skin types
-Dramatically reduce moisture loss while drawing, absorbing moisture
-Reduce signs of aging
-Restructure, re-plump, smooth and illuminate the skin
-anti aging

Apply cream to clean facial skin day or night as needed to combat moisture depletion.

I love its holographic packaging. Super trendy and expensive looking.

It has a seal to keep the product sanitary. Thumbs up for that!

As you can see, the consistency of this moisturizer is more of a cream as compared to a watery/gel type consistency.

This is how it looks slightly blended. Definitely you can tell that it is a heavier, less creamy formula.

Here is how it looks fully blended out.

So, I have used this product for about 2 months now and its time for a review! Overall, I had a very pleasant experience with this product. The consistency of this product is a rather thick and does not feel watery or oily at all. It has a very new texture to me as most moisturizers are either watery or sticky. This however is none of that. As the main highlight of this product is the Divine Pearl, it's claims are mostly towards anti aging and illuminating the skin.
Upon application, this cream will leave a slight tacky feeling to the skin just like any other moisturizer. It does not leave your skin feeling instantly replenished of moisture but stays just as a film over the skin. However when I wake up the next day, I was actually pleasantly surprised that my skin actually felt firm and supple! I felt that instead of replenishing my skin's moisture instantly, it worked overnight to draw moisture in to lock into my skin, hence showing great results in the morning.
As for its anti aging benefits, I am not sure if i notice any but I will say that the skin definitely feels tighter and firmer when I wake up. The overall skin tone also looks slightly brighter and more glowy. But that only lasted a while haha.
To sum it up, the cream feels very luxurious on the skin and does what it claims to do. So thumbs up for that!

Pros
-Hydrates skin over night
-Tightening and lifting effect on skin!
-Provide skin with glow (which lasts for a while)

Cons

-Does not hydrate skin instantly
-Not hydrating enough for dry skin types

All Skin Types: -Recommended-
*This is a great moisturizer for us who are in the 20's as it acts as a start to our anti aging routine while still moisturizing the skin. But I would recommend this as a night cream instead, so for drier skin types, you can layer a more hydrating sleeping mask on top for added moisture.
Probably?
It a great product but not yet a holy grail.

Vaseline (Petroleum Jelly) Review

Hey ya'll! Today's review will be one of those must have multi-functional items for everyone.
It is our beloved Vaseline Petroleum Jelly!

Did you know that Vaseline started way back in 1872? That is 144 years ago!
So what exactly is this petroleum jelly that everyone talks about?
"Petroleum jelly is a mixture of natural waxes and mineral oils that together lock moisture in skin, moisturizing it to repair and relieve dryness."

Vaseline comes in various sizes from really small and travel friendly to bigger; home used size.

Vaseline® Jelly is triple-filtered, ensuring it is truly free from impurities. This means that is often used to protect and repair the skin.
Moms love it for preventing diaper rash, but it can also be used to protect minor cuts and burns, to soften skin, and to lock in moisture in dry, cracked skin.
Vaseline® Jelly works from the inside out, repairing and protecting dry skin and locking in moisture, making your skin feel and look good!

As you all would have known, Vaseline is an extremely versatile product. Which is one of the reasons it is so well loved by all dry ones out there.
Here are some great ways which Vaseline can be used:

1. Lipbalm: Apply a thick layer at night for best result.
2.Remove eye makeup: Coat the lids, then remove with tissue.
3.Highlight cheek bones: Blend a tiny amount over cheek bones
4.Before tanning: Use before tanning to achieve deeper tan.
5.Preserve fragrance: Dab on skin prior to perfume.
6.Home made exfoliator: Add in some brown sugar and make your own DIY scrb!
7.Brow gel: Use some on a clean mascara brush to set down those brows.
8.Soften skin: Moisturize heel, elbows, knees and any dry areas.
9.Remove stuck ring: Rub a little on your finger to reduce friction.
10.Heal small wounds: Apply a layer over cleansed area and bandage over. This will speed up healing process and reduce scarring.
11.Nail cuticle: Apply to keep nail cuticles healthy.
12.Easy nail polish application: Apply on skin around nail to easily remove nail polish which might have gotten stained.
13.Shine leather goods: Polish your leather jacket or shoe with a bit of Vaseline.
14.Stop squeaky doors: Apply to hinges
15.Prevent diaper rash: Apply as a protective coat over the skin.

Vaseline has a slightly thick gel paste like consistency.

Here is how it looks after application.
It leaves a sheen to the skin. But it does not feel sticky at all.

I usually use Vaseline as a thick leave-on lip balm just before I sleep. This is my favourite way to use this product as I find it super effective in softening severely dry lips.
Prior to adding Vaseline into my lip skincare routine, I had seriously dry, cracked and bleeding lips. I was unable to wear lipsticks (especially matte ones) and found that regular lip balm does nothing in solving my lip problem.
So one day, my mom picked up a tub of Vaseline for me.
Initially, I started using it as a regular lip balm, spreading a thin layer over my lips. I found that it was not able to moisturize my dry lips at all.
Then, one night after the endlessly long fight with my dry cracked lips, I decided to just layered on a whole lot of vaseline on my lips and went to bed with it.
Oh was I well rewarded the following morning~ Yehet!
I woke up with full hydrated plump lips!
And there after, I repeat this routine every night and I never have dry, bleeding lips again! *Happy~*
Nowadays, I do this routine only on alternate days as my lips are not as dry as before and the routine just serve as a maintenance lip treatment. So, whenever I experience any dryness, I know I just need to pile on some Vaseline and that will save my day!

Pros
-Very effective on dry lips
-Affordable & easily accessible
-Extremely versatile

Cons
-In a tub, Unsanitary
-Controversy surrounding the product

Yes! I recommend this to EVERYONE (unless you are allergic to Vaseline/ Petroleum Jelly).

*Disclaimer*
I understand that there are many controversy surrounding the topic of Vaseline & Petroleum Jelly with regards to the possible befits/ harms inflicted on user.
Hence, I recommend that if concerned, more research can be done before purchase.

Yes!
I have been using this 50ml tub for as long as I can remember!

Texture is like a lightweight jelly consistency.

It absorbs very quickly into the skin and leaves no sticky feeling or shinny appearance.

How my skin looks after application.

Dry patches on skin still looks flaky under makeup.

This woks as a great day/night time moisturizer for oily to normal skin types. It won't be able to hydrate very dry flaky patches however is a light weight moisturizer that can maintain moisture in the skin. Hence if you one with more concerns regarding dryness, this is not your cup of tea.
Overall I love to use this on good skin days as it is non sticky and fast absorbing.

Pros
-Hydrates well through the day
-Great for both day and night use
-Light weight, Fast absorbing
-Not sticky
-Affordable, good amount of product
-Smells great
-Has anti-aging ingedients

Cons
-May be too heavily scented for those who dislike fragrances in their skincare.
-May not be hydrating enough for very dry skin.
-Dry patches will still show

Normal Skin: -Recommended-
*Good for both day and night use. A simple hydrating moisturizer for those without much skin concerns.

Combination Skin: -Recommended-
*This moisturizer will be great for both day and night use. It is light weight yet able to hydrate dry areas without it feeling too sticky and heavy on the oily areas.

Oily Skin: -Recommended-
*This is a very light weight moisturizer that I believe will be great if you dislike the feeling of a film over your skin and want that instant absorption yet still provides that hydration needed.

Dry Skin: -Recommended-
*As much as this being a great moisturizer, I would recommend you to use this only in the day time and use a heavier cream for the night time.

Very Dry Skin: -Not Recommended-
*This moisturizer absorbs really quickly, so it might not provide you with that film of moisture your skin would need for it to look plump and hydrated.

Will I Repurchase
Yes
Love to use this on a good skin day
