Colourpop Super Shock Shadow Swatches + Review

Hey ya'll! Today I'll be sharing with you my Colourpop Super Shock Eyeshadow collection!
This post is less of a review but more of a helpful swatch feast to assist with your buying decision. I'll also input my thoughts and recommendations. Hope you will find my swatches helpful!

Here is my take of the breakdown of each shade.
( Shades with indication * is a Favourite Must Have!)

Row 1
*Hiney- Have glitter bits (not as many or big as Ritz) but has a light champagne base. It is like a more in your face glitter version of Sequin.
WeenieNude Champagne, smooth metallic shade without huge chunks of glitter in it
DGAFWarm Bronze shade, infused with large specks of golden sparkles.
*RitzGreat as a shadow topper as it is super glittery (large and super lots of glitter) and will make your eye look pop! Its base colour is almost transparent and you can only see the glitter when applied. I am obsessed with it!

Row 2
White RabbitMetallic Burnt Orange/Red shade
*MuseChampagne leaning pink, smooth metallic shade without huge chunks of glitter in it
*SequinNude champagne (in between Weeine and Muse), with large specks of pink/gold glitter. Very shimmery and pops from a far! Beautiful!
LalaLight golden shade, smooth metallic without huge chunks of glitter in it.

Row 3
ShopBright salmon matte shade
*Glitz-A beautiful mauve shade of matte shade
Shiny-A red based brown shade with small glitter mixed it. When applied to lids, the shine is not visible.
MittensWarm matte brown shade

Row 4
*ParadoxMatte bright Burgundy shade
*PorterMatte deep burgurndy shade with little specks of glitter (cannot be seen after applied to lids). For sure a must have to darken those crease. I'm hitting pan and need a repurchase!
Drift-
*Bae- Red base with purpose holographic finish topped with countless glitters. A must have for those night outs!

Here is a look I did with only Colourpop Supershock shadows.
I did a super glittery champagne pink look for Christmas!

Colourpop super shocks are one of my favourite formulas of shadows. The shimmer/glitter ones will be easier to work with as compared to the matte ones. I still get the matte ones as I really enjoy the colour and the longevity of these shadows on my lids. They apply best with fingers!

Colourpop does international shipping, so yes they ship directly to Singapore! Free shipping for purchase over $60 USD. I always aim for the big sales before I make my purchase.
My purchase with Colourpop has always been hustle free and I'll give it 2 thumbs up!

Look at those adorable paw prints~

Ritz-Great as a shadow topper as it is super glittery (large and super lots of glitter) and will make your eye look pop! Its base colour is almost transparent and you can only see the glitter when applied. I am obsessed with it!

Hiney- Also have glitter bits (not as many or big as Ritz) but has a light champagne base. It is like a more in your face glitter version of Sequin.

Glitz- A beautiful mauve shade of matte shade

Shiny- A red based brown shade with small glitter mixed it. When applied to lids, the shine is not visible. I would say this is the most common shade out of the 4 but still beautiful!

They are of course all of wonderful quality and I love them all.
They do sell the shadows as a foursome or singles. But since all the money goes to a great cause, i just got all 4! :)

ColourPop Lippie Stix Review

Hey ya'll! Today's review will be on my ColourPop Lippie Stix Collection.
When ColourPop first came out with their lippie stix, it was all the rage due to the great spectrum of shades which were available and the various kinds of finishes.
So I went ahead and got some as well.
So are you ready to know if these are really worth the rave?

Selling on Carousell at $10-$12

I have a total of 15 shades in my humble collection.
The ColourPop Lippie Stix comes with a variety of finishes.
However today I only have the Mattes and Satin's to share with ya'll.

Neutrals

Pinks & Plums

Reds & Wine

Here's a video I did with all 15 shades on my lips!

As you can see from the swatches, the shades are very pigmented and goes on smoothly. The matte shades are my preferred formulas as I find them lasting longer on the lips and sit more comfortably. These lipsticks are quite affordable and they come in almost every shade that you can think of.
Overall I enjoy using these lipsticks despite some of them giving me butt hole lips half way through the day.

So back to the question, are they worth the rave?
In a certain expect yes, because of their huge variety of shades and affordability, but formulation wise I do not think that it stands out as well. But come on, the product is really decent for its price point, don't you think.

Pros
-Comfortable wear
-Does not fade through the day unless eating
-Wide wide wide range of shades and finishes
-Affordable
-Slanted tip for precise application

Cons
-Wording on Packaging comes off easily
-Some shades will give you butt whole mouth through mid-day
-May melt easily if placed in makeup bag for extended period of time

If you are looking for a good quality yet affordable lipstick I think you will really enjoy these lipsticks. If you have very dry lips, I would recommend you moisturize or treatment with lipscrub prior to using the lipsticks.

Will I Repurchase
No
I would definitely want to try their other products though, I just haven't bring myself to get them.

"I think they are decent products but for their price point and colour selection, I'd they are pretty awesome."
