Gatsby EX Hi-Bleach Review (Easy & Affordable)

Hi Ya'll! Today's review is on the Gatsby Ex High-Bleach.

So as new year floats in, I've decided to give my hair a little change in style.

So prior to applyingany colouring we would first have to bleach our hair!

They included a chart for you to estimate how long you have to leave the bleach on your head.

There are also clear instructions (in english) printed on the box for your reference.

The steps are relatively simple and you can't go wrong! :)

So here are the items you will find in each box.

So here is a before picture.

You can see that my black roots have grown out quite a bit while the rest of my hair is a shade of reddish brown.

The first bleach already took off alot of colour and left my hair in a orange brass shade. As I wanted a more vibrant colour later, I went in to bleach it the 2nd time. As you can see, it took my 2 bleaches to achieve a light yellow/orange shade

I needed an entire bottle for my hair length. The overall experience was pleasant without much discomfort. I left the bleach on my hair for about 50 mins each time before rinsing it off. You know how some bleach can make your hair feel like noodles? This didn't make my hair feel that way at all. In fact when I was washing the bleach off, it felt somewhat like there was a conditioner left over on my hair making it feel rather smooth. But 1 definitely set back of this product is for sure it's scent. It has a very strong ammonia smell which also slightly stung my eye during application.

But over all for the price and effectiveness, I would say that this is a pretty good product.

-Does not make hair into noodles (basically don't hurt hair as much as others)

-Relatively fair amount of product

-Strong scent of ammonia

-Stings eyes
