AVALON Fat Burner Plus (1 month in-depth review)

Hey ya'll! Today's post is going to be one which is high anticipated by me hahahha.

Yes indeed, today I will be doing a in-depth review of the AVALON Fat Burner Plus, sharing my 1 month experience including my meals and before after comparisons for your reference.

After my first box (find the testimonial below for full info), I contacted the Hi-Beu Health &Beauty Team for a collab as I saw much potential in the product and was very keen on doing a blog post which would be truly beneficial to readers and help them make the decision (well it is my blog's vision anws). Hence, if you are not keen on slimming pills and have alot of negative thoughts about it, (I'm not so sure why your'e here) but please feel free to leave.

Here is abit of back story for your reference.

You might not know but i have always been insecure about my weight and my thick thighs. When I was in secondary school, I was so conscious of my weight that I hated PE and that height and weight taking always stressed me out so bad. I had to wear my pinafore uniform which made me sweat so much and look even plummer. Till now I still have thick thighs (I am pear shaped!) and it still makes me feel insecure at times.
I hope to one day be able to fit nicely into shorts and jeans!

-WHAT I ATE-

As everyone knows, December is the month of end year parties and dinners and many gatherings for celebration. It is no doubt that during this one month, one can't help but enjoy the good food.
As Christmas draws closer the mountain of joyous chocolate grows bigger. Its the season of non-stop chocolate snacking and coughing for me lol.
As you can see from my Dec meal chart, I didn't hold back much with the eating. Here are some glorious moments of Dec 2017.

As you can see, I had a great month with loads of celebration and loads of food. I can't recall exactly what I ate but this is a 90% accurate depiction.
 
-EXERCISE-

So as you can see from my meal chart I did not attempt any exercise through the entire month.
Just some disclaimers in case:

I did walk on a average on a daily basis.
I also ofo(bike) for small distances around 5-10 minutes to get around my neighborhood about 2 times a week. I cycle at a casual pace and I don't sweat or get tired from it.

Let's first take a look at the chart I have recorded through the month.

Tadah! After 1 month of trail the results are finally out!
Lets start of with the weight. Yes I did gain 1kg this December, but physically slimmed down at my arm, waist, upper thighs and calfs.

 I have friends letting me know that I look slimmer compared to when I first started out on the first week. Totally made my day too hahaha!

I am very impressed because the pills actually helped me not only maintain my weight this holiday season, it also helped me look slightly slimmer. And that's without the help of exercising! I think the product really lived to its claim of helping me burn excess fats and with its help I could indulge myself in all the buffets and chocolates without having to feel too guilty.

I actually really would recommend this to people who are concerned about gaining weight but not looking to lose weight. You can pop one of these before you go in for a full on buffet or just before any large meal you know you will be having. This way you can enjoy your meal fully, guilt free knowing the 5X fat burning power is doing its thing.









The overall difference ain't too big from the picture but is visible in real life. Still I didn't lose alot of weight so I'm not expecting too big of a difference.







I am super excited to start my 2nd month journey. With all celebrations (except my birthday) out of the way, I'm ready to include some exercise into my routine and see what happens!
